About NorthStar: This project demonstrates the operational infrastructure required to make a GTM analytics function effective — not just the dashboards, but the governance, adoption, and maturity frameworks underneath them. All data is synthetic. Metric definitions are modeled on common Salesforce + HubSpot GTM data architectures. Prescriptive alerts are dynamically generated by an anomaly detection engine using rolling-window z-score analysis on metric time-series data — not hardcoded.
